Data Deletion Instructions

At Simon's Sanctuary, we value your privacy and provide a simple way for users to delete their account data and scores from our databases.

What Data is Deleted?

Upon request, we will permanently delete the following information from our Firebase Realtime Database:

• Your email address.
• Your username.
• Your high scores and leaderboard histories.
• All game sync states and unlocked customization data.

How to Request Deletion

To request data deletion, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to the developer at munga.omollo@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line: "Simon's Sanctuary Data Deletion Request".
3. In the email body, specify the **email address** you used to log in or register your profile in the app.

Requests are processed within 48 to 72 hours. Once your data is deleted, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that this action is permanent and your high scores cannot be recovered.
